[Confocal] SD: slow imaging

Dear spinning disc users, We have a problem with our spinning disc as the imaging takes much longer than should be the case. F.ex. One channel and one slice makes the imaging around 500 msec longer than what should be the case (here is no need for changing filter or beamsplitter, so only the exposure time determines the imaging time). These observations were done with the rear camera. It's not checked whether also the top camera does this. Please keep this in mind when doing your experiments. In principle everything can still be done, but much slower. Depending on your experiment this can be doable or problematic. Company is informed and I will keep you informed. Dear spinning disc users, The problem should be solved. There was a camera setting that was changed from 'High speed' into 'High Quality', resulting in double imaging time. The default value is again set to high speed. If you would still encounter problems, don't hesitate to contact Daniel or me. Greetings, Evelien
