Dear all, The problem with the FV1000 stage and multi area timelapse settings is solved. Basically, you have to take care that in the multi area timelapse tool under options, the button that says: "set track info to FV..." is switched on. For some reason, the inactivation of this button allows X and Y registration without Z registration, which is why the positions seemed to go out of focus all the time.
