Dear all, In the last months there has been 3 times the issue of a non-working gating on HyD1. Keep this in mind when you use the gating. If no change is observed when applying gating, make sure to find out if gating is working (f.ex. by checking a leaf and try to exclude the chlorophyll with gating). Restarting the system solved the problem. Could you also register the problem: -Inform Daniel or me. -Picture with and without gating and save it in a new folder with date and information on \\psb.ugent.be\shares\research\images\images_cameras\confocal\Problems_Leica SP8. -Also create an error report by clicking on Help (in the LAS X software, choose 'create error report'. Save it into the same folder.
