Dear all, Here some info concerning the olympus confocal: Today a new argon laser has been installed. So your samples should be very bright again The DIC channel is for the moment not fixed yet. I noticed some problems with reloading settings concerning the Dichroic mirror. Please after reloading the settings, check if you have the correct DM. This can influence your signal intensity a lot. I will inform you when these problems are fixed. If you encounter problems, please do inform me or Daniel.
