Hi, In respnse to Stephanes mail, I do not wish to sound unnecessarily alarmistic, but in my experience not all genes that were transferred incorrectly got labeled: Those genes that fall under this category are all labeled in the description line with "CHECK MANUALLY". I have re-corrected several gene models on wednesday evening and noted this, and now the second gene I looked at had the same problem: Tetur10g02440<->Tetur13g03110(1..724<->1..724:Plus/Plus) had no comments that it needed to be checked manually, yet it was incorrect had not incorporated my previous changes. I have re-corrected it, and thus eliminated Tetur13g03120. I am pretty sure, that other will have the same problem.
