The position
As a Software engineer/DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for the design,
development and maintenance of the interconnections between highly
heterogeneous systems that are part of critical data analysis workflows. By
automating and redesigning (modularizing) some of these systems and their
communication channels, we aim to create a more stable and reliable
infrastructure. You will work closely with specialized bioinformaticians in the
departments of Human Genetics and Clinical Genetics and with the Sequence
Analysis Support Core (SASC).
