Job content

As PhD student you will prepare a PhD in the fields of biostatistics,
epidemiology, bioinformatics or mathematical statistics at the Center for
Statistics (CenStat), the Hasselt entity of the Interuniversity Institute of
Biostatistics and statistical Bioinformatics.

 

Profile

MSc in statistics, mathematics, computational biology (or equivalent)

You are cooperative and can work well in teams.

You have strong problem solving capacity.

You are interested in doing research in statistics

You are able to report clearly and regularly.

You are fluent in written en oral communication.

Good knowledge of English.

 

Offer

You will be appointed and paid as PhD student.

2 x 2 years with evaluation after 2 years.

Preselection based on CV. Interview with the selected candidates.
