Comparative genomics between species and types of data is
pivotal for biology. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt;

first two days we move "beyond blast": supersensitive
homology
searches, domain level analysis of protein evolution and
interpretation of gene
trees (levels of orthology). Based on this, the three<span

the evolution of
interactions and complexes (3) the prediction and evolution
of genomic
