You are kindly invited to this workshop! During a whole-day hands-on

session, you will learn to perform the basic steps of gene family
analysis <br>
to construct a gene family phylogenetic tree, detect
species-specific <br>
duplicates, study orthologs and identify synteny. We will also look
into<br>
comparative sequence analysis to study promoter sequences and <br>
identify conserved regulatory elements. More on<br>
