Inria project team SYMBIOSE is seeking highly qualified and motivated
candidates for a 12 months postdoctoral position.

Research Program :
Next Generation Sequencing technologies generate data of a new type in
huge volumes and crucial computational developments are needed to take
full advantage of these data. The successful candidate will develop
new algorithms to identify complex genomic variants, such as
structural variants, in such data from multiple samples without the
use of a reference genome. Our approach relies on a formal model
based on the De-Bruijn graph data structure to handle huge amounts of
data and extract biologically relevant information.
