"We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced staff bioinformatician to support the existing Unix infrastructure and to further develop tailored solutions for Next Generation Sequencing applications (nanopore sequencing, Illumina) for both research and microbiological diagnostics at IFIK. The new collaborator will be embedded in the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics group at IFIK and will contribute to research and development of NGS approaches for microbial diagnostics.
This position combines both bioinformatic “research” and “services”, and would be suitable for a highly motivated, reliable and creative team player."
