In this role, you will: - Lead operations in greenhouses, climate rooms, and growth cabinets - Guide and coach a skilled technical team - Ensure top-quality facility performance and technical innovation - Work closely with researchers, educators, and students - Manage planning, budgeting, and project administration You combine leadership and technical expertise with a solid background in Plant Sciences, Agrotechnology, or a related field. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
