It's quite a list, so one of us can check whether we can fix it ourselves or pass it on to helpdesk. On the webserver itself, I have only enough access rights to reboot the server. But to do the quick fix they applied now (just chmod 777 the sessions directory), I would need root access and I'm not betting on getting that :-) We can also make the tech support link somewhat more obvious. I had to look twice myself before spotting it.
