[Beg-bogas] BOGAS: genomeview

Dear, I tried to use the BOGAS platform for Candida bombicola (set up by Bing Li, now on a hoiday). I could modify the annotation of a certain gene, but I was not able to change the gene structure in Genomeview (which is wrong). The pop-up mentioned I only had read-only access. Dear, I am working on Ectocarpus siliculosus transcription data and I noticed that there are a lot of changes concerning gene information available on Bogas gene site and in the compiled Ectsi_gene_info file. Is there a possibility for update of that file? Or is there another way to obtain info for a large set of gene IDs directly form the site (instead of checking every gene separately)? Thank you! Dear Yves, We are working on several genes families in Eucalyptus including MYB, AuxIAA, ARF, lignin biosynthetic pathway which will be part of the genome annotation paper as well as accompanying papers.
