This method has been applied in the analysis of other microarray data and seems to be quite useful in determining differences in the expression profile of a defined group of genes. My knowledge on this analysis is limited to the way it has been used in published papers (attached) and I have done some initial attempts to apply it to our data set (which I showed during the meeting in Montenegro). I would like to perform this analysis in such a way that give us confidence on the information we can get from it. I would really appreciate if you could refer me to someone in your group with experience in this kind of analysis who could help me out. Best regards, Gustavo -- Yves Van de Peer, PhD.
