The name of the place is Castellammare del Golfo ( http://sicilia.indettaglio.it/eng/comuni/tp/castellammaredelgolfo/castellamm... ) that is about 40 min from the Palermo airport. We could stay at the Hotel Cetarium http://www.hotelcetarium.it/ The hotel is located in front of a small yacht port and it's near the Arab - Norman castle that gives the name to Castellammare del Golfo. The price should be about 65€ full board in double/twin room and 90 € in single room. The registration fee (to be calculated) should cover the expenses for the meeting room, coffee breaks etc. The transfer from and to the airport is about 90 € by regular taxi, but we could try to arrange it with private companies with cars or small buses.
