Dear SP2 users, A recurring problem is 'can not load personal settings'. In attach a description how to solve this. Most probably this problem occurs by not connecting the PC correctly: log in to the PC (NOT PSB) with administrator username. Software should be loaded with personal settings. Please follow the correct procedure.
