Yes, they reinstall it for a few times but still doesn't work so they let me contact LAS X (below the email from IT).

Thanks for the reply. It's the first time IT helped me to install LAS X on my computer yesterday but it doesn't work. They let me contact the LAS X and they told me they can't do more.. I have no idea which version they installed for me. But I think it's the same one as others?

Hello All, I had some problems yesterday. I could not switch off Argon laser nor turn on White Light. I made print screens of errors, they are on Leica Desktop. Re-booting the whole system (hardware too) helped. Greetings, Joanna
