Dear All,

The Blanpain lab is looking for Bioinformaticians to study the genomics and gene regulatory
network controlling stem cells and cancer.

Our group is studying the mechanisms regulating stem cells, tumor initiation and
progression. We would like to uncover the mutations landscape regulating tumor
heterogeneity in human cancers and to model the gene regulatory network controlling
cancer stem cell function.

The candidate should have a strong background in bioinformatic analysis including
RNA-seq, Chip-seq, whole exome sequencing and low coverage whole genome
sequencing, as well as an interest in modelling gene regulatory network. The
applicant will work in collaboration with biologists and physicians.

Please send your CV, motivation letter and the names of two to three references to
Cedric Blanpain, labblanp at ulb.ac.be

The position is for three years with possibility of extension.
