Control Room Coordinator - Harvesting Products

Function:
You are responsible for the further expansion of the Control Room of the product groups assigned to you within the CNH Industrial range. You also provide technical support to Technical Support organizations within the markets.
*       Analyzing technical problems via the Control Room and continuously offering official answers / solutions to local product specialists, dealers and markets.
*       Expand the Control Room further, create algorithms & communication systems.
*       You play a key role between the Markets, Brands and the internal CNH Industrial organization (Technical Support, Product Technical Specialist, Product Performance Specialist, commercial, engineering, production and quality), where you analyze technical problems and propose improvements that lead to preliminary / final solutions for the Dealers and customers.
*       Conduct field visits to investigate specific problems and gain a deeper insight into the problems and demands of the customers.

Profile
*       Industrial or agricultural engineer or equivalent through experience, with good knowledge of agricultural machinery
*       Experience in service / after sales related activities or engineering
*       High dedication in terms of independence
*       Good social, communicative skills
*       Languages: Dutch, French, English
*       ICT skills: Microsoft package, CNH applications, data analysis
*       You are able to structure/use Data
