This course is delivered in a highly interactive fashion. A set of analysis techniques will be introduced. They allow for iterative refinements of the analysis of mass spectrometry data using public data resources and open source software. Participants will be invited to bring their own data for guided analysis using their news skills on the last day of the course. This course covers the recent advances in discovery informatics, with a focus on the application to real life problems. The course, combining practicals and lectures, will introduce and discuss different scientific concepts as well as providing an opportunity to gain practical experience using industry standard software.
